Zac Zeitlin
Founder & Partner
Zac has been an active investor in an exciting group of impact-minded, early stage companies, with a focus on food, health and wellness, education and financial technology. Prior to starting NGV, Zac led the Principal Finance business of Silver Point Capital and was one of the firm’s partners. Zac began his career as a private equity investor in the PIA group of Goldman, Sachs & Co. and at TPG Capital. He is a Plan II-Business Honors graduate of the University of Texas at Austin.
Anthony Xu
Partner
Prior to joining New Ground, Anthony was a managing director at Reservoir Capital where he made private equity investments in the insurance & financial services, healthcare, energy & power, and clean tech industries. Before Reservoir, he was an investor at Bain Capital Credit focused on technology and media. Anthony graduated from Yale University where he majored in Biology and Economics.
Suzy Wolfson
Director of Operations
Suzy oversees NGV operations including fund administration, investor reporting and monitoring of our investment pipeline and portfolio company activities. Prior to joining NGV, Suzy ran People Services, Finance and Administration at Medialets, a mobile advertising technology company, and worked at Paragon Capital Partners, a boutique merchant bank. Suzy began her career in education working in schools and museums in a variety of teaching and administrative roles. Suzy holds a M.S. degree in Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education and a B.S. from Brandeis University, cum laude.
